Velmivo is a real estate crowdlending platform that allows users to participate in real estate development and construction projects in Argentina. We act as intermediaries between investors and project developers.

Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have legal capacity to enter into contracts
• Be an Argentine resident or foreigner with a valid Tax ID
• Provide truthful and up-to-date information

User obligations

As a Velmivo user, you agree to:

• Maintain the confidentiality of your access credentials
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information
• Not use the platform for illegal activities
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Notify any unauthorized use of your account

Investments and risks

Investments in real estate projects carry inherent risks. We do not guarantee specific returns and invested capital may be subject to losses. We recommend that you carefully read the information on each project before investing.

Intellectual property

All content on the platform, including texts, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Velmivo or its licensors and is protected by Argentine intellectual property laws.

Limitation of liability

Velmivo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount of commissions received for the transaction in question.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform if you breach these Terms and Conditions or for any other reason we deem justified.

Modifications

We may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect upon publication on the platform. Continued use of the service implies acceptance of the modified terms.

Applicable law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the ordinary courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires.
